Never in my life

Never in my life have I seen a president in office, being treated with so much disrepect as president obama has.The reason this country is going the way its gong now,is because for to long we have overlook the problems we face in this country.We want to help other countries and I understand that,but at the same time look at whats gong on here.We had a president who was unfit for his position.Bush was giving a country that had a surplus,had no clear wars and that had unployment at an all time low.In those Eight years nobody oppose what was going on.Nobody made it public that bush was leading us to disaster.Now you have a president who cares and has took on job that many of us would blow our brains out trying to accomplish.I see ads insulting a president who has only been president for two months.while those same people who blast obama sat back and said nothing about what bush was doing.I dont care what people say we might have a black president but I have never witness so much open racisism in my life thats going on in this country today.Iam a strong black man who lives the american dream everyday and I wont let anyone stop me on accomplishing my goals.In America we talk about people like Saddam Huessin who we call a tryant,thats funny because it may not be to the degree he took it but as a black man that follows the law works hard and pay taxes I observe tyrants here in America everday.My final message is that president Obama will succeed and that the hard working Black Americans will not stand for these insults of our president and we will not stand for being treated unfairly anymore we will stand up and we will succeed.Will that in mind eat well ,live well and tip well.

Mr biz back again with alittle venting.This one is for my business people who go out and eat and really dont like to be interupted.I love servering this people because they usually dont require alot of maintance,but when you are going out to eat and dont really want to be bother, it's simple come in take your seats and look at your menu first.As a server I want to bring you good service and I want you to conduct your meeting without interrupting you but I have to know what you want to eat.I hate when people get to thier table start holding a conversation and when you give them time to get things together dont bother to look at the menu.Now if you already know whats on the menu Iam by no way talking about you.This is for the business people who when you come to the table they are not ready,and thats cool but keep in mind you are not my only table so when your server ask you are you ready and you are not,thats cool, but you not being ready enables me to start serving my other tables, and as a server I wont interrupt your conversation, but then you look at your menu and now you are ready to order,but at that moment Iam taking another order and then I have another table who needs something for their food,I cant make them wait while I take the your order,because then thier food that they order is sitting there in front of thier face getting cold just waiting on a certain condiment while I take your tables order.So now you are angry because you had to wait.Then I get take the order and get the food out hot and fresh.Then I come around the table to give you a refill and you see me standing there but you just keep talking and thats cool,once again that enables me to then go serve my other tables because I think you have everything you need.Then when I return to the table you give me a look like where have you been.Look if you are holding a meeting come in look at your menus,know your order,then after you have giving the server your order you can continue to hold your meeting.That way you and the server are confident on the food that you want.I promise you that if you come in and do those things mistakes wont happen (Note that's if you have a good server) the server wont bring you out a steak sandwhich,instead of a steak dinner.Everybody will be happy and your meeting will be interruption free.Until next time eat well,live well and tip well.

Hello servers once again.Mr biz once again bringing you some good old server advice.Servers I know sometimes people can be very rude and impatient but sometimes think about when you are going out and somebody like the person you are with,just pissed you off.Now most people like me would not even go out and eat because I cant enjoy my expierance.Sometimes you might already be there and hungry and you just want to eat.Then you have your server come over and your not rude,{note this is not excuse for rude people.because frankly you are just damn rude}Anyway your not rude,but just not up to being very friendly so you dont really interact with your server and the server is thinking damn these people are going to give me a hard time and if the server messes up you do give them a hard time.Server's listen we all go there we all have bad days, these people are usually pretty good guests, but the day is just not their day{note this is not excuse for rude people,frankly you are just damn rude}Anyway this is how you deal with them first they are not in a good mood,so dont try to make them laugh are ask to many question just simply take their order make sure it is right and make sure their cup never goes empty.Now I know you are like wait a minute that is what you are supposed to do and you are right,but sometimes us as good servers think that we can change their mood by being extra nice and extra conversational,but the truth is everything in their day has went wrong so you being all in their face trying to lighten the mood just irritates them more because they want to be left alone,but if you just simply make sure everything is right and thier food is hot and fresh and they dont have to ask for refills, then something in their whole day has went right and I bet you that by the time you bring that check out,that they are going to tell you what excellent service you gave them and leave you a decent tip.Now iam not talking about the rude non tippers,these people anything you do will be wrong so they can have an excuse not to tip,but the people who are in just a bad mood will lighten up and we respect the service you brought to them and in the long run leave you a decent tip,because you the good server has made apart of their day enjoyable.Now I know that sounds crazy but it is true, because I myself have been that guest just in a bad mood but by my server giving me my space and getting everything right the first time put me in a good mood,and nine times out of ten I will request that same server everytime I eat there.Until next time serve well, tip well, and be well.

BAD DINNING EDICATE

There is a war going out and it's between the people who know how to dine out and leave at least 15% tip and the ones who go out and leave only 5%.Now there are some bad servers out their but this is not about them.This is about the good servers out there trying to make a living and bring great service only not to be compensated for it.Now this is going to sting alittle bit but I really dont care,its the truth.To my black folks who dont go to resturants and point at everything on the menu and ask how much everything cost I want to thank you.To the ones who make a bad name for black folks who dine out,this one is for you.As a good server I really enjoy my job and enjoy giving good service to people.I know it sounds corny but on the real I strive to bring everyone great service.I have serve tables for years and after years of being in self denial came to realize that it is true some black folks dont know how to go out and dine.They make it hard for black folks like me to get good service for the jump when I enter a resturant because most servers in the back of thier mind think that iam either going to run them to death or not tip.What makes it so sad that most of the time they are right.I know because I have served the bad folks who dont know how to go out and eat.This blog is not to down my black folks who tip bad and complain about everything.It's to educate you and how to go out and dine and be respected and recieve good service.I hear oh that server gave us bad service because we are black.let me wake you up.Most servers dont give you bad service because you are black they give you bad service because they think you are going to give them a hard time,they think you are going to only leave two dollars when your bill is $30.00.Me I would still give you good service because iam good server,but in the back of my mind I dont want to wait on my own people sometimes to.That makes me mad as a black man those thoughts come in my mind.The only color that a server sees is green.Now I know that sounds fliping mess up,but we are there provide a service and return we want to be paid for it.Servers make four dollars and hour,we make our money on bringing you the service you want.If you only knew what a server goes thorough to provide you service I bet you would not want to do it.Anybody person can bring you out a burger and ask you if its for here or to go.When you go and eat through good servers like myself buss thier ass to make sure you dont want for anything when you are there.I understand most people are not rich but if you cant afford to go out and eat then dont do it,but dont come to a resturant order twenty to thirty dollars worth of food and leave only five bucks.Its not right and we good servers are tired of that fliping shat.Until next time be well,eat well and tip well.
